If you ( like me) are feeling a little under the weather at the moment, try this nice little flu fighter! There is a bad flu epidemic in the country at the moment, so stay safe, stay warm & wrap up and eat a nice healthy/ balanced diet!
2 medium seedless navel oranges, peeled
2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or to taste
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger, or to taste
1-3 tsp. pure maple syrup, to taste
3-5 ice cubes
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
In a high speed blender combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Drink and get ready to feel better in a flash!
