Rules:

  • 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off
  • Beginner: 3 rounds/ Progression: 5 rounds
  • Add in jumps to make the leg exercises harder or modify where needed to make easier

 

You will need a HIIT timer, there are loads of free ones available from the APP store.
